I come with the compliments of the manager.\u201d The moment could have easily turned farcical, but Grant managed to deliver it with grace and composure. So, I went with that. Also, I practice martial arts, and since Bond women occasionally use weaponry, I thought maybe I\u2019d show them my martial arts skills when I\u2019m there. So, I brought my bag of martial arts equipment with me to the audition.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2796\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Her confidence and creativity paid off. \u201cI\u2019d auditioned on the Friday, was told I got the job on the Saturday, and by Monday, I was on set with Pierce Brosnan,\u201d she recalled. \u201cThat doesn\u2019t usually happen.
