The character also took aim at electric vehicles, stating: <\/span><\/span>\u201cAnd don’t get me started on solar panels and the lithium in your Tesla battery.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/b> He also raised a practical concern about the country’s infrastructure to handle a mass transition to electric power, concluding: <\/span><\/span>\u201cAnd never mind the fact that, if the whole world decides to go electric tomorrow, we don’t have the transmission lines to get the electricity to the cities.<\/span><\/span>It’d take 30 years if we start tomorrow.\u201d<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
