Fans burst into laughter as Zendaya roasted Tom Holland over their Spider-Man: Homecoming stunt fail, and the couple hilariously reenacted it on live TV.

The off-screen chemistry between Zendaya and Tom Holland, the stars of the modern Spider-Man franchise, is just as compelling and charming as their on-screen romance. Fans burst into laughter when the couple hilariously recounted and then re-enacted a stunt mishap caused by their significant height difference during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show.

The incident occurred during the filming of a pivotal stunt sequence for Spider-Man: No Way Home. The scene required Tom Holland, as Spider-Man, to swing down and gently place Zendaya, as MJ, onto a platform. Zendaya described the reality of the moment with perfect comedic timing: due to the difference in their height—with her being noticeably taller than Holland—the physics of the stunt went completely awry.

She explained the awkward reality: “I would land before him. My feet would hit the ground before his… I’m slightly taller than him.” Instead of Holland setting her down, her longer legs meant she landed first, and the momentum resulted in her unintentionally “catching” or “cushioning” Holland’s landing. It turned the heroic rescue into an adorable, if slightly awkward, moment of role reversal.

The segment reached peak hilarity when host Graham Norton encouraged the pair to demonstrate the failed stunt. Without missing a beat, Zendaya and Holland stood up and hilariously re-enacted the moment, sending the audience into hysterics. Zendaya took the dominant position, physically performing the motion of “catching” or even “lifting” Holland. Tom Holland, playing along perfectly, lifted his feet, letting them dangle comically in the air as Zendaya appeared to effortlessly support him. The viral clip cemented the pair’s reputation for being able to laugh at themselves, proving their genuine and funny relationship is just as captivating as their superpowers.
